ReplyDeleteA few annoying but workable bumps. We had no clue when the job would begin until we woke up to a trailer in our driveway 3 days before the job began. That was lack of communication from the workers with the sales rep though. The workers also did not cover our brand new AC unit, nails got into the unit but luckily there was no damage. The workers also broke my son's cement hand print stepping stone :(. The sales rep was very quick to resolve our complaints though. There were some final billing issues as well. My bank messed up, releasing the remaining balance in the roofing escrow account instead of the remaining balance of the invoice.
